About Jordan Ames

With over a decade of experience in the Northern Nevada real estate market, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every transaction. I have helped over 300 clients buy and sell homes, and I pride myself on the strong relationships I've built, with 90% of my business coming from repeat clients and referrals. As a real estate investor myself, with extensive short and long term rental experience in Reno and Lake Tahoe, I understand the unique needs of both buyers and sellers in today's market.

 

My journey in real estate began after an exciting career in Executive Protection, where I served as personal security for several high-profile public figures. My background in Justice Studies from San Jose State University, coupled with my experience in security, has instilled in me a keen attention to detail and a commitment to protecting my clients' interests.

 

I believe that curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning are essential to success. My ongoing education-based approach ensures that I stay at the forefront of technology and industry trends, providing my clients with the highest level of service and value. I am also passionate about giving back to the community. For every home I sell, I donate $100 or more to one of several local organizations, supporting the causes that make Northern Nevada a great place to live.

 

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area Peninsula, I have called Northern Nevada home since 2012. I cherish the lifestyle here, from trailer camping with my family to snowboarding, snowshoeing, backpacking, hiking, target shooting, golfing, kayaking, and exploring the Lake Tahoe wilderness.

 

Notable achievements in my career include eXp Luxury Certification, being named Rookie of the Year for Keller Williams in 2015, receiving the 2023 Outstanding Leadership Alumni Award, earning the rank of Eagle Scout, and serving as an executive board member of Delta Upsilon Fraternity.
